What to expect...
1. Channeled Cosmic Earth Sanctuary Meditation Transmission
We'll have a Cosmic Earth Sanctuary Meditation-Transmission experience beginning with clearing our personal fields and a sacred space invocation, an OSA (orienting, synchronizing, and attuning) which offers a stabilization and deepening into the somatic landscape. From there, flowing into what and who wants to come through for the group. Or something like that.
There could be quiet times without talking for cosmic energies and downloads, like Arcturian, Sirian, Pleiadian, Magdalene, and Intergalactic frequencies to come through. There could be downloads, upgrades, and updates offered. It could include channelings from higher beings. You have choice in every moment and so if anything that comes through in the meditation-transmission isn't for you, you can say, no, not for me and you won't receive it. I also intend that your participation be under the oversight of your higher self who knows what is resonant for you, and what isn't, like a gatekeeper. We will all see together, what and who comes through when it comes through, just like you, I won't know ahead of time.
Maybe you have an issue or something you would like to intend to receive support around. Maybe some supported time and space to integrate life. Or maybe you would like to receive a download to support your body, relationships, business, creativity, family life, or maybe you want to fly with the dragons, meet your star lineage, receive DNA upgrades, connect to your guides, etc. Or simply attending with the intention to receive what is optimal for you, like I have no idea, show me what is possible.

I'm glad you're here, welcome.
I'm Allison, an Intuitive, Somatic, Energy & Spirit Practitioner, a Cosmic Channel and Medium, Constellation Facilitator, and a Psychedelic Integration Practitioner.

I'm passionate about meeting what has felt challenging, impossible, and inescapable in life and unwinding into new possibilities for more ease, relief, nourishment, enjoyment, and alignment. I love the work of integrating expanded and contracted aspects of Self into the body, relationships, and life with more resonance and coherence.

My work is with sensitive humans and souls. I work with healers, body workers, energy workers, therapists, baristas, moms, life coaches, somatonauts, psychonauts, starseeds, those in stages of transition, those exploring Self and the depths of life and many others.
I partner with my clients and offer intuitive, energetic, somatic, spirit, shamanic, cosmic, and relational tools and skills to meet and support intentions like melting freeze, soul embodiment, symptom relief, to receive support, nervous system stabilization and repair, Self exploration, connecting with spiritual realms in a resonant way, more personal freedom, ease, generative embodiment of Self, Health, and into a sense of one's own essence and expression of it.
I support my clients to call in and co-create new possibilities and timelines. For new states of being and new ways of existing embodied with ease. Sometimes it looks like differentiating from ancestors, past lives or other people's stuff/symptoms, meeting unmetabolized history (ancestral, karmic, cosmic, family, present day), compassionate depossessions, dissolving curses and vows, soul overlays, meeting anything that isn't True Self and might be getting in the way, looping or running in the background (in the backrooms) impacting free will choices, ease, embodiment of Self, purpose and soul work. ​
Every session is different. Sessions offered attune to my client's inherent wisdom, their blueprint, and incorporate an intuitive and somatic weaving of principles and practices. Sessions vary to meet my client's needs and intentions. Variety is available. I offer Alchemical Alignment Sessions, Karmic Constellation Sessions, Cosmic Sanctuary Channeled Sessions, Psychedelic Support & Integration Sessions, Somati-Psychic Energy Distance Sessions and more.

I also support psychonauts through their process of journeying with entheogens and empathogens according to their needs and intentions. My role is as a layer of support for stabilization, co-regulation, holding, and metabolization to support easeful experiences and the integration of journey work.
