About Me & This Work
Welcome,
I'm Allison, an Intuitive, Somatic, Energy & Spirit Practitioner. I currently live in Silver Spring, Maryland, I have a 17 year old daughter. I am passionate about meeting what has felt impossible and inescapable in life and calling in new possibilities for more ease, relief, and enjoyment.
My work is with sensitive humans and souls. I work with healers, body workers, energy workers, therapists, baristas, moms, somatonauts, psychonauts, starseeds, those in stages of transition, those exploring Self and the depths of life.
I partner with my clients and offer intuitive, energetic, somatic, spirit, shamanic, cosmic, and relational tools and skills to meet and support intentions like melting freeze, soul embodiment, symptom relief, to receive support, nervous system stabilization and repair, Self exploration, connecting with spiritual realms in a resonant way, more personal freedom, ease, generative embodiment of Self, Health, and into a sense of one's own essence and expression of it.
I support my clients to call in and co-create new possibilities and timelines. For new states of being and new ways of existing embodied with ease. Sometimes it looks like differentiating from ancestors, past lives or other people's stuff/symptoms, meeting unmetabolized history (ancestral, karmic, cosmic, family, present day), compassionate depossessions, dissolving curses and vows, soul overlays, meeting anything that isn't True Self and might be getting in the way, looping or running in the background (in the backrooms) impacting free will choices, ease, embodiment of Self, purpose and soul work.
Every session is different. Sessions offered attune to my client's inherent wisdom, their blueprint, and incorporate an intuitive and somatic weaving of principles and practices. Sessions vary to meet my client's needs and intentions. Variety is available. I offer Alchemical Alignment Sessions, Karmic Constellation Sessions, Cosmic Sanctuary Channeled Sessions, Psychedelic Support & Integration Sessions, Somati-Psychic Energy Distance Sessions and more.
I also support psychonauts through their process of journeying with entheogens and empathogens according to their needs and intentions. My role is as a layer of support for stabilization, co-regulation, holding, and metabolization to support easeful experiences and the integration of journey work.

My work is presently virtual; phone and Zoom. I also offer sessions over text and no contact sessions (where you receive an email after from me after with notes). I'm not presently offering in person sessions. I'm based out of Silver Spring, MD.

Intuitive, interactive, relational, choice based, awareness oriented, somatic exploration.
Support for you, in your wholeness to stabilize, work with small doable pieces of exploring inner landscapes,
possibly differentiating Self from other, meeting unmet needs, unfinished threat responses, alchemizing, and unwinding toward blueprint, more ease, and relief.
