I’m Allison.

​

I’m a mother, a partner, a Somatic Trauma Integration Practitioner, a Constellation Facilitator, and a neuro-magical human exploring what it means to live in a body with more presence, authenticity, and soul.

​

My life has invited me into meeting places that felt frozen, dissociated, overwhelmed, burned out, impossible, fiery, or out of reach—not just in one area, but across many layers: identity, motherhood, relationships, family, work, the nervous system, and the quieter inner worlds that don’t always have language. I've been invited to cultivate my capacity to be with what feels impossible within my own life and experience of Self to breathe new possibility, movement and relief into those immense, stuck, epic, looping places.

I’ve learned that many of the burdens our bodies and minds carry aren't ours to carry. 

​  

There are patterns that live beneath the surface, in the tissues, and express as symptoms and challenges and struggle—
in the body-mind, in spirit, in family systems, in inherited and relational histories, and sometimes in deeper or less visible layers of experience.

My work lives at the intersection of those spaces.

The Work

I am an Intuitive, Somatic Trauma Integration Practitioner, a Constellation Facilitator and a Psychedelic Support and Integration Practitioner. 

​

I work in the realm of supporting neuro-magical people in meeting their flavor of impossible. I accompany my clients through life, the challenges, struggles, and celebrations. Following the inherent treatment plan as it unfolds, moving from fate to destiny. From paralyzed by fear to motile and mobile. From big stuck energies like grief, despair, hopelessness, to transmutation and mind-clearing benefits. From dysregulated sensory systems and the lifelong relational trauma as a result, cycles of dis-ease and strategies that just aren't working anymore, into resonance and alignment with Self and present time needs. I support people in meeting what has felt stuck, erased, too much, hidden, voiceless, painful, vulnerable, burned out, looping, scary, complex, overwhelming, or difficult to access, and gently unwinding those places into something more resourced, integrated, and alive.

This can include:

• nervous system stabilization, capacity cultivation, repair and integration - co-regulation for parts who need it

• working with states like freeze (dissociation), fight, flight, overwhelm, flooding, and social dissonance

• meeting patterns that repeat beneath conscious awareness

• exploring personal, relational, ancestral, karmic, cosmic, and other layers of experience

• reconnecting with a deeper sense of self, essence, and expression

• karmic, family and systemic constellation work including vows and contracts

• mechanical, environmental, relational trauma integration

• and more...

I partner with my clients in a way that is attuned, intuitive, and responsive to their unique system.

Rather than applying a fixed method, each session follows what is ready to be met—drawing from somatic awareness, constellation work, intuitive insight, and relational presence.

Who I Work With

I work with sensitive, perceptive humans. Many of whom are practitioners and therapists.

​

People who:

• have tried talk therapy and it isn't meeting them at a needed depth

• have a private practice and are interested in more tools for Self and clients

• notice patterns that don’t seem to shift through insight alone

• are in transition, healing, or exploring deeper layers of self

• are in a process of unmasking and creating conditions for their authentic self and soul embodiment to thrive and bring sensory systems into resonance

• have been injured in an accident and experience long term effects

• desire to live full, thriving lives aligned with destiny rather than fate

• journey with psychedelics and plant medicines

• seek relief from symptoms, challenges, struggles, pain and emotions

• know they are here for a purpose and purpose led work

My clients include a wide range of people—healers, therapists, bodyworkers, baristas, starseeds, community leaders and creators, CEO's, business owners, psychonauts, somtatinauts, facilitators, creatives, parents, and those simply trying to find their way back to themselves.

Every session is different.

​

Sessions are shaped by your intentions, your system, and what is present in the moment.

There is no single way the work unfolds.

Sessions may include working with the body, awareness, relational dynamics, and deeper layers of patterning that can arise from personal, familial, ancestral, and other layers of experience.

​

For those engaging with psychedelic or entheogenic work, I also offer integration support—providing grounding, co-regulation, and space to metabolize and make meaning of those experiences in a way that supports lasting change.

​

Sessions are offered virtually and in person, in Silver Spring, MD.

​

Approach

I don’t see healing as fixing.

​

I see it as:

• creating conditions with skilled accompaniment to meet what hasn’t been met

• allowing what has been frozen to move

• and building the capacity to stay with yourself in a different way

​​

This can open space for more:
ease, relief, connection, clarity, and aliveness.

​

Sometimes this work is subtle.
Sometimes it moves quickly.
Often, it unfolds in layers.
